At the moment, we only ship within Europe. This helps us minimize our carbon footprint and maintain more sustainable shipping practices.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used on our logistics / shipping partner’s website.

We offer a 02 weeks return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition. To start a return, contact us at hallo@indexbotanica.de with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
